Indirect ELISA for the detection of anti-Hepatitis E antibodies in serum and plasma from swine and other species.
The use of genotype 3 antigens makes the test ideally suited for use in swine, as genotype 3 is the genotype which infects pigs (HEV ELISAs for humans use genotype 1 antigens).
- High sensitivity and specificity in swine, thanks to the use of genotype 3 antigens
- Applicable to multiple species, and validated on swine. Please contact IDvet for more information
- Straightforward and rapid, with results in 90 minutes
