ID Screen® Aujeszky gE Competition

Competitive ELISA for the detection of anti-gE antibodies in swine serum and plasma.

Detects naturally-infected animals in a vaccinated population provided that animals are vaccinated with a vaccine that does not express the gE protein.

For use in ADV vaccination-eradication programs in combination with gE-deleted vaccines.

  • Sensitive and specific detection of anti-gE antibodies
  • Meets OIE analytical sensitivity requirements¹: calibrated against the OIE International Standard Reference Serum
  • May be used as a DIVA test (Differentiation of Infected and Vaccinated Animals)
  • Convenient and flexible protocol: ready-to-use conjugate, with short and overnight protocols
  • Practical: you can easily check that all samples have been correctly deposited because the dilution buffer changes color upon addition of the sera
  • Automatable for high throughput testing
