ID Gene™ Brucella spp triplex

ID Gene Brucella spp Triplex (IDBRU) is a qPCR kit that amplifies a target sequence in the Brucella spp genome.

This kit is a qualitative Triplex test. It simultaneously amplifies target DNA, as well as endogenous and exogenous internal controls. This kit may be used to test ruminant swabs (placental, vaginal, and cervical), milks, organs and tissues.

Description

Freeze-dried control consisting of inactivated Brucella ovis strain, diluted into a ruminant endo-cervical swab supernatant matrix. This control is to be prepared and extracted in the same way as the samples to validate the efficiency of the nucleic acids extraction and qPCR amplification processes. It may be used to monitor variations in analytical sensitivity.
