- ID Screen® Influenza H5 Indirect

Indirect ELISA for the detection of antibodies against the hemagglutinin H5 of the Avian Influenza A virus in serum or plasma from chicken, turkey, duck and goose.

  • The only commercial quantitative ELISA for the specific detection of H5 antibodies
  • Used for the monitoring of vaccination: inactivated and vector recombinant vaccines
  • Can detect field infection in vaccinated flocks (an increase in antibody titers is observed post-infection)
  • Well-correlated to the haemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. Unlike HI, this ELISA detects antibodies to all H5 strains. It is also more robust, faster and easier-to-use for the analysis of large numbers of samples

ID Gene™ Infectious Bronchitis Duplex (cat. IDIBV) is a RT-qPCR kit that amplifies a target sequence in Avian coronavirus genome (all variants of Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) and coronaviruses isolated from turkey, pheasant and pigeon).

This kit is a qualitative Duplex test. It simultaneously amplifies target RNA as well as an exogenous non-target positive control.

- Complement Fixation Test Buffer

The veronal buffer (product code VB-4L) has been replaced by the CFTB buffer (product code : CFTB-4L).

The formula of the CFTB buffer is based on the OIE formula to be used for Brucellosis CFT, and does not contain barbituric, but offers exactly the same performance.

 

  • The Calcium Magnesium buffer is used to dilute sera and reagents for the complement fixation test
